The nesting module is a set of 4 different nesting strategies + a report generator.
The Nesting module includes:
- AutoNest
- SingleNest
- QuickNest
- RectangleNest
5 Axis
Bevel Cutting
The Bevel cutting module allows you to waterjet cut chamfers in flat material. This module is excellent to use to create bevels for weld-preparation for example.

TAC (Taper angle control)
With IGEMS TAC you can reduce the taper by letting the software dynamically compensate the angle on the cutting head depending on the current cutting speed.
Organizer
IGEMS Organizer helps you to organize your work by storing information in your work process. Information that is handled is everything from parts to sheets, material productions and so on. The system is based on a SQL database and handles a lot of information with fast access.
TopPiping, Puzzle, Pocketing

Piping
Piping is a sub command to Parametric parts library, and is used to unfold 3D pipes and tubes. Simply type in required values and the Piping unfolds it to a flat pattern.
Puzzle
Automatic and semi automatic command for generating of puzzle patterns.
Pocketing
The pocket command allows you to engrave within a closed area in a zig zag pattern to clear a closed area. It also supports closed areas with multiple islands in it.
Sign Maker

Signmaker is a kit of tools that is used to convert images (JPG/BMP) and fonts to CAD geometry. It can be used to convert paper drawings or images with logos that later on can be used with IGEMS 2D Cam to produce CNC code.
