| The Abrasive Removal System is specifically designed to continuously remove spent garnet from the waterjet catcher tank. Sweeper nozzles installed in the catch tank push the suspended garnet toward pump suction. Garnet is removed by a centrifugal separator which is fed by a heavy duty seal-less pump. A self-dumping hopper receives the sludge and the clean water is returned to the catch tank via the sweeper nozzles. The Abrasive Removal System reduces machine downtime and eliminates catch tank maintenance. |  |

| The Closed Loop Polishing System is specifically designed for waterjet cutting systems overflow water to the drain. Filtration of the tank overflow will remove some of the suspended solids and spent abrasive. However, these overflow to drain systems do not remove dissolved solids. If your local or state municipality mandates that you must not overflow to drain, closing the loop is the only option. |  |
