Our service engineers provide technical support to customers and dealers at the highest level. IMS trains service staff with recurrent training and requires distributors to stock parts to keep your machine up and running! Almost all parts are available for immediate shipment, even on machines which are ten years old. With our remote service technology we can log in and quickly identify problems via the internet. IMS always welcomes calls from its customers. If you are unable to reach your local distributor or just want to talk to the factory direct, give us a call, we are always available for our customers. Most calls are received right away, and returned within the hour. Our goal is to get you back up and running ASAP!
