Long Travel Modules
Long Travel Modules offer the advantages of extra long travel and/or several driven elements to be controlled independently on the same guides. It is possible to mount additional traveling blocks on the axis providing higher load capacity.
The Long Travel Modules move the drive motor with the traveling block. Extruded profiles are used as the carrier element. The design of the carrier elements, provide numerous grooves on the outside, allowing them to be combined easily with the ISOTEC aluminum structural profiles.
The travel (=stroke) is produced according to the customer's requirements. Besides the standard versions of mounting plates, custom-made solutions can also be utilized.
