Compact-H Units
Compact-H Units are offered in 5 sizes. The necessary travel distances are produced according to the customer's requirements. The Compact-H-Unit distinguishes by its compact design and the application of 2 fix drives. They allow the system to move in x- and y-direction and also in various programable (for example circular) paths due to the use of a CNC path control. The mass to be moved is reduced by the fix motors, the energy supply can be realized more simply.
By adaption of the experienced modular system the special advantages of the system are provided for this system:
- At option one or two high-precise profile rail guides
- Maintenance-free belt
- Drive and reversion unit are directly integrated in the profile
- The carrier profile made of a high-tensile aluminium alloy with numerous grooves on the outside
- Can be easily combined with the aluminium profiles of the Isotec system profile technology
- A tooth belt with steel wires is used as drive.
